Carlie helped me to understand the latest research that was news to me but important to my success. She helps you understand the keys to setting up healthy routines and eating plans. It’s teaching you a healthy lifestyle that will help you reach your goals. She’s a great listener and will work with you as an individual. Absolutely helped me get to my goal weight and increase my activity with plans for maintaining that healthy weight.

Carlie was great to work with. I had seen a few other lactation consultants prior to Carlie to help with my latch issues. I had gotten some information but not a lot of it seemed to help. I scheduled a zoom call with Carlie, and she was able to watch the latch and suggested a lot of helpful tips and exercises to try. I started doing the exercises and tips with my daughter and in a couple of weeks things were going so much better. I did not enjoy breastfeeding initially but once I worked out the kinks with my latch it’s gotten a lot more enjoyable and easier. My baby is now a great eater and latches without a problem. Carlie was so kind and helpful, and I’ll always be so appreciative of the help she gave me. I can’t recommend her enough!
